When you submit the consultation form, we store your name, WhatsApp number, email address, the area of your issue, and the summary you write. We also record your IP address and the time of submission to prevent misuse of the form.

This website does not use advertising tracking cookies.

How the data is used

• To contact you and follow up on your consultation request.
• To assign the right advocate to your issue.
• To prevent spam and misuse of the form.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who can access it

Consultation data can only be accessed by our office admin and the advocate handling your matter. Notification emails to the admin do not contain your summary.

How long it is kept

Consultation requests are kept for 12 months from receipt and then deleted automatically, unless you become a client and the data is needed to handle your matter.

Your rights

Security

This website uses HTTPS. Data is stored on servers with restricted access, backed up regularly, and admin passwords are stored encrypted.
